Atlas terms and conditions

1. Purpose and definitions

Atlas is an AI-based conversational assistant specialized in property-diagnostics regulations (energy performance and energy audit, asbestos, lead, gas, electricity, termites, environmental risks, floor areas and sanitation). Atlas answers the user's questions while citing the regulatory sources it used.

Nature of the service: Atlas provides informational decision support. It does not constitute legal advice and does not replace the professional's judgment or the consultation of official texts. The user remains solely responsible for the diagnostics and documents they produce.

These terms apply to any Atlas subscription and are intended for professional use.

2. Access and account

• Atlas is available online, on the web and on a mobile application.
• An account is required. The user warrants the accuracy of the information provided and the confidentiality of their credentials.

3. Free trial

• Every new user gets a 7-day free trial.
• The trial can be cancelled at any time before it ends, free of charge and with no commitment.
• At the end of the trial, the subscription starts automatically unless cancelled.

4. Subscription and pricing

• Plan: an annual subscription at €120 excl. VAT per year, including 30 requests per month.
• Extra credits: additional requests can be purchased beyond the monthly quota.
• Payment: by card, through our payment provider. Payment is due on subscription and at each renewal.
• Renewal: automatic, on the subscription anniversary date.

5. Cancellation

• The user can cancel the active subscription at any time from their account.
• Access remains open until the end of the period already paid; no pro-rata refund is due, except where required by law.
• Cancellation prevents the next renewal.

6. Use and responsibilities

6.1 Proper use

• The user must check each answer against the cited sources and the official texts before applying it.
• Automated use for resale, mass extraction, reconstruction of the database, or circumvention of quotas is prohibited.

6.2 Limitation of liability

As Atlas is an informational support tool, Auditoo disclaims any liability for errors resulting from unverified use of the answers or from misinterpretation by the user. Auditoo's liability is limited to the amounts paid by the user over the last 12 months. Auditoo is not liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, reputational harm, data loss).

7. Personal data

• Data is processed in accordance with the GDPR and hosted in the European Union.
• Conversations are kept to provide the service and the user's history.
• The user can exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion) at support@auditoo.eco.

8. Intellectual property

• Atlas, its models and its document base are the exclusive property of Auditoo. The subscription grants a personal, non-transferable and non-sublicensable right of use.
• Generated answers may be used by the user in the course of their professional activity.

9. Force majeure and disputes

• Force majeure: Auditoo may suspend the service, without compensation, for the duration of a force majeure event.
• Mediation: in the event of a dispute, an amicable resolution is sought first; failing that, mediation via CMAP (www.cmap.fr).
• Jurisdiction and governing law: French law; failing agreement, the courts of Paris have jurisdiction.

10. Miscellaneous

• Changes: any change to these terms is notified 30 days in advance by email; the user may cancel free of charge before they take effect.
