Your consent
On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies, category by category. No analytics or advertising cookie is placed until you have given your consent and rejecting is as simple as accepting. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link at the bottom of every page.
Technically, this consent is enforced through Google Tag Manager and Google Consent Mode v2: until you consent, the Google tools stay in "cookieless" mode (anonymous, aggregated measurement only).
What is a cookie?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. They are used to make sites work, to make them more efficient and to provide information to site owners.
Cookie categories
Essential cookies - always on
Necessary for the site to work (security, remembering your consent choice). They place no advertising tracker and do not require your consent.
Audience measurement - on consent
Help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it (Google Analytics, via Google Tag Manager). Placed only if you consent; the statistics are aggregated.
Marketing / Advertising - on consent
Let us measure and personalise our advertising campaigns (Google Ads). Placed only if you consent.
Cookies and trackers used
Except for the essential cookie, the trackers below are placed only after your consent. The durations shown are the maximum retention periods.
| Name | Set by | Category | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
auditoo-cookie-consent | Auditoo | Essential | Remembers your consent choice (browser local storage) | 6 months |
_ga | Google Analytics | Audience measurement | Distinguishes visitors | 13 months |
_ga_* | Google Analytics (GA4) | Audience measurement | Maintains session state | 13 months |
_gcl_au | Google Ads | Marketing / Advertising | Advertising conversion attribution | 90 days |
auditoo_fond | Auditoo | Essential | Remembers the footer painting you chose (browser local storage) | Until cleared |
Managing your preferences
At any time, you can reopen the banner and change your mind via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. Your choice is kept for 6 months; after that, the banner reappears to collect your consent again.
You can also configure your browser to block or delete cookies. Some features may then no longer work correctly:
Changes to our cookie policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Any change will be published on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
